Please use the following form when e-mailing reports of Macintosh-specific bugs or problems. Try to give as much useful information as possible. Please don't e-mail large scene files... if you must send an example, try to create a very small scene that exhibits the problem & paste it into the bug-report e-mail. Put "POV-Ray 3.1 bug report" in the subject line, and e-mail it to:

We try to respond to all e-mail within a day or two, but it could take much longer due to sudden flurries of e-mail or personal business... please be patient with us! Also note that this e-mail address may be monitored by multiple people, and is specifically for POV-Ray MacOS tech support. Please send bug reports only to this address, and also assume that more than one person may read and respond to your e-mail.
NOTE: Kaleidescope has been known to cause serious problems with POV-Ray, and Kaleidescope version 2.1 or newer fixes the problems. Please make sure to turn off Kaleidescope and other 3rd party extensions before sending in bug reports. Narrowing down which extension is the problem can be a big help to us, or will give you a solution right away without waiting for us to get back to you.
